Shipping + Processing

Processing Time:

• In-stock Items:Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed, prior to shipping.

• Made to Order: Made-to-order items typically require an estimated 7-14 days for production. Please refer to individual product pages for specific production timings.

• Delivery time: Includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in delivery time estimates.

• Rush Orders: For rush orders, please email us at (contact@civitnewyork.com) to inquire about possibilities. Please note that the chosen shipping method does not affect production time.

Shipping Process:

• Notification: Once your piece is complete, we'll send you an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

• Delivery: To ensure the security of your package, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

• Failed Deliveries: Costs incurred due to returned packages resulting from failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CIVIT NEW YORK offers FREE shipping on all orders $265 and up

Domestic

Shipping within the US and CANADA such as, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.. Rates will depend on where you're located and how fast you would like your package.

International

We offer international shipping via DHL.

The following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

• Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. 

• CIVIT NEW YORK  has no control of delayed delivery of packages due to Duties and VAT.

• Unpaid Duties/VAT: Princess Bride Diamonds cannot be held responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duties or VAT charges.
