Refund policy

                    Returns + Exchanges

We, at Civit New York, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that all sale items, international orders, and custom orders are considered final sale. Canceled orders are eligible for a refund within one hour of the initial purchase; after this time frame, cancellations will be accepted only for store credit.

With that said, before your order is sent out, we make sure every item is in perfect condition. If the item is not under your expectations or we,ve made a mistake on your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible (Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order).

When contacting us about a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:

  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

  • Please email (info@CivitNewYork.com) with your order number and a quick explanation prior to any returns.

  •  We recommend that the products are sent back in their original box and pouch as items damaged in transit are no longer eligible for a refund or credit and will be sent back to you.

  • Ensure all items are shipped out to us within 3 business days of speaking to our customer care team.

Civit New York  is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.
